Dr. Gary Christian is an owner. He graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, which includes Jana, his wife and his 3 daughters, Angela, Keri, and Amy. He also enjoys spending time out on the lake in a fishing boat.
John Reichert, DVM
Dr. John Reichert is an owner. He graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine. He enjoys spending time with his family, which includes Cathy, his wife, and his 2 children Katie and John Jr. John and Cathy recently became grandparents. Congratulations John! In his spare time he enjoys hunting and sled dog medicine. Every year he goes up to the Iditarod to work with the sled dogs that run the race.
Roger Jorgenson, DVM
Dr. Roger Jorgenson is an owner. He graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Jorgenson also has a Ph.D. in Biochemistry. He enjoys spending time with family, Maggie, his wife and his 3 children Lisa, Tom and Jenny. In his spare time he enjoys playing his banjos and bluegrass music.
Dr. Derine Winning, DVM
Dr. Derine Winning is an owner. She graduated from Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She enjoys spending time with her 2 dachshunds Shroder and Elsa Mae. In her spare time she enjoys running, bicycling, gardening, and cooking.
Tracie Hoggarth, DVM
Dr. Tracie Hoggarth graduated from Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. She enjoys spending time with her husband Ron and their 3 horses, 1 dog, and 4 cats. In her spare time she likes to ride horse and spend time in the mountains.
Dr. Tanya Borud, DVM
Dr. Tanya Borud graduated from Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She just started to take classes to specializing in Acupuncture. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark and their 2 horses, 2 dogs, and 3 cats. Tanya and Mark have recently had a baby boy named Will!! So their household has become very busy! In her spare time she enjoys riding horse, playing piano, and skiing.

Dr. Nick Machtell graduated from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Rhonda, and their 3 kids, Chantel, Kayla, and Taylor. In his spare time he enjoys hunting and woodworking.

Cathryn Barker, LVT
Cathryn is originally from Bloomington, MN. She graduated from NDSU with a bachelor degree in Veterinary Technology in May 1987. She started working at Valley Veterinary Hospital in September 1987 as a licensed veterinary technician. She became the Practice Manager in 1998. She enjoys spending time with her family, Gary, Brian, William, and April. In addition to spending time with her family she also enjoys scrap booking, hunting, and dog training. In her spare time she does manage to keep up with their 3 dogs, Hunter, Bandit and Joey and their 2 cats, Smokee and Sassy.
Terry Stoll
Terry started working part time at Valley Veterinary Hospital in 1983, while attending Moorhead State University. In 1993 he was hired on full time. His job varies from taking care of the animals, to repair and maintenance, to bookkeeping. He enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 kids. In his spare time he enjoys working on their house on their farm. Fixing things, as Terry would put it!

Brenda Nagle, LVT
Brenda is originally from Valley City, ND. She graduated from NDSU with a bachelor degree in Veterinary Technology in May 1985. She started working at Valley Veterinary Hospital in 1995 as our Surgery Technician. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Steve and their 2 dogs, Huck and Jack. In her spare time she enjoys cross country skiing, bird watching, camping, and hiking.
Darcie Barclay, LVT
Darcie moved to Fargo from Binford, ND. She graduated from NDSU with a bachelor degree in Veterinary Technology in December 2000. She started working at Valley Veterinary Hospital in March 2001 as a licensed veterinary technician. She enjoys scrap booking, watching movies, and spending time with her son Jayden. Her home is busy with 2 cats Sonny and Mojo, 2 dogs Sprocket and Sayde, and her Snake Monte.
Lori Winter, LVT
Lori is originally from Pipestone, MN. She graduated from NDSU with a bachelor degree in Veterinary Technology in December 2000. She started working at Valley Veterinary Hospital in April 2001 as a licensed veterinary technician. She enjoys the outdoors, reading and spending time with her 2 cats Lelu and Jada.
Jennifer Pederson, LVT
Jennifer is originally from Minot, ND. She graduated from NDSU with a bachelor degree in Veterinary Technology in May 1996. She started working at Valley Veterinary Hospital in May 2003 as a licensed veterinary technician. In her spare time she enjoys making and collecting stained glass and reading. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, Brooks, her two kids, Gabe and Reagan, and the 2 dogs, Annie and Duncan. She has a very busy household!!
Maureen Cochran, LVT, VDT
Maureen is originally for Wishek, ND. She graduated from NDSU with a bachelor degree in Veterinary Technology in May 2004. She started working at Valley Veterinary Hospital in June 2004 as a licensed veterinary technician. Maureen's goal is to specialize in animal dentistry in the future. In her spare time she enjoys spending time horseback riding, scrapbooking, and spending time with her husband Kevin. Their home is pretty busy with 2 dogs, Emma and Bentley, 2 cats, Jazz and Sidekick, and her bunny, HoneyDew.
Rachel Butkowski, LVT
Rachel is originally from Freeport, Minnesota. She graduated from Ridgewater College with an Associate Degree in Veterinary Technology in May 2000. She has recently joined our team in June 2006. She enjoys spending time with her boyfriend Andre, and their 3 dogs, Sierra, Harley, and Alexis, and 2 cats, Nevaeh and Ralphy. In her spare time she enjoys rollerblading, snowshoeing, hiking, and being out on the lake.
Kari Bolgrean, LVT
Kari is originally from Moorhead MN. She graduated in 2007 from NDSU with a bachelor degree in Veterinary Technology. Kari joined our team in July of 2007 as a licensed veterinary technician. Her busy household includes two cats named Cleo and Reese, a rat named Ducky, and a rowdy golden retriever puppy named Gunner. Kari's goal is to specialize in animal physical therapy in the future. Her interests also include orthopedics and animal rehabilitation. In her spare time, she likes to hang out with her friends and family, go to the races, and spend time outdoors and at the lakes.

Connie started in May 1996. She and her husband Rick enjoy spending time with their 3 cats, Nermal, Jett, and Churchie. In her spare time she enjoys baking, sewing, and reading. Connie and Rick also spend a lot of time with their son Rick, and granddaughter Raina Marie.
Debbie Melcher
Debbie moved to Minnesota from Alaska in August of 1999 and started working at Valley Veterinary Hospital in September 1999. She enjoys the outdoors, reading, and riding motorcycle.She also enjoys spending time with her husband Ron and 3 adult children Kayce, Kim and Kevin, and 2 dogs, Abbey and Cody. Debbie and Ron recently became grandparents. Congratulations Debbie!
Lisa Noyes
Lisa is originally from Fargo, ND. She graduated from Josephs hair design. She started at Valley Veterinary Hospital on August 2007. She has a very busy household. She manages to juggle her spare time between being with her 2 kids, Amanda and Justin, and her husband, Gary and spending time with the families 6 dogs, Blacksmith, Ginger, Jaszper, Roxy, Sammy, and Nellie.

Beth Schneider
Beth moved to Fargo in 2003 from San Diego to be closer to family. While in San Diego, she attended Mesa College Animal Health Technology Program. She started working at Valley Veterinary Hospital in May of 2005. She enjoys spending time with her husband Brice, 2 cats, Nesta and Loki, and 2 dogs, Otto and Patsy. In her spare time she enjoys music, reading, gardening, cooking and photography.
